Each Artsyfact is personalized and tailor-made just for you. Therefore, production of your order does not start until it is processed and paid for.

During peak periods, production may take up to 8 working days. Most commonly it takes 3-5 working days. Add to that the delivery time for your area and your selected shipping option.

If your Artsyfact has not arrived within the expected time frame (as specified above), please use the contact form to get in touch.

We will gladly look into it. Pinky promise we’ll get your Artsyfact to you!

Short answer: No. We will however replace an Artsyfact which has defects on arrival.

Long answer: We are committed to ensuring you love your purchase! However, due to the unique nature of our products, our return policy works a bit differently. Each Artsyfact is tailor-made, custom-crafted just for you. As per the Consumer Contracts Regulations effective from June 13, 2014, certain items, including tailor-made, cannot be returned once received, unless they are defective.  Why? Because your Artsyfact isn’t a mass-produced product; it’s made specifically to your specifications and wouldn’t exist without your personalized request.

However, if you change your mind before we begin production, you absolutely can cancel your order. Just reach out to us in writing as soon as possible. Our goal is to ensure your satisfaction and provide you with an Artsyfact you will cherish for a long time to come.
